Acceptance
By browsing this site or confirming a written engagement, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or commission work.
Services described
Pages describing cold chain monitoring dashboards and compliance analytics are informational. A binding scope appears only in a written proposal or statement of work accepted by both parties.
Intellectual property
Site content, templates, and branding remain the property of Utilityspringbase. Deliverables created for a client are licensed for the client’s internal operational and audit use unless a proposal states otherwise. You may not resell our chart templates or assessment methods as a competing offer.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate facility access, logger exports, product temperature ranges, and safety briefings for on-site visits. Delays in access or data may shift timelines.
Liability
We provide professional analytics and monitoring design services with reasonable care. We do not guarantee regulatory approval, buyer acceptance, or product safety outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost shipments or reputational harm.
No payment processing on this site
This website does not process payments. Invoices and deposits are handled off-site under the statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
